Once an order
leaves our premises for delivery via a third-party service,
responsibility for handling, timing, and condition rests with that
service provider.

total liability for a specific transaction shall not exceed the amount
paid for that transaction.

11. Catering
Services Disclaimer
Mr. Kofta offers
catering services for events, parties, and gatherings. All catering
orders are prepared for pickup
only. By placing a catering order, you agree to the following:

We are not responsible for transporting,
storing, or serving food once it leaves our premises.

Catered food should be consumed promptly
after pickup. We are not responsible for foodborne illness resulting
from improper handling, storage, or delayed consumption.

Payment & Deposits:
Deposits may be required for catering
orders and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Final payment
is due prior to pickup.

their order at pickup to ensure all items and quantities are
correct. We are not liable for errors reported after the order has
been taken from our premises.
